Hada prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation and child sexual abuse material in every part of the service.
For these standards, a child is anyone under 18. These rules apply to accounts, profiles, room names and descriptions, live voice, room chat, private messages, photos, and links. Adult-only eligibility does not reduce our responsibility to protect children.
02Prohibited content and conduct
Do not create, request, possess, distribute, sell, link to, or promote child sexual abuse material. Do not groom, solicit, sexualize, coerce, threaten, traffic, or sexually exploit a child, or facilitate such activity.
Sexual communication with children, sextortion, sharing a child’s personal information for abuse, and helping anyone bypass child-safety enforcement are prohibited.
03Report a concern
Use the available report control for the relevant user or room and select the closest reason. You can also contact [email protected] whether or not you can access the app.
Include the Hada user or room ID, approximate date and time with time zone, and a brief description. Only provide details needed to locate the concern.
Share non-content identifying details instead. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.
04Review and action
Reports of possible harm to a child are treated as a priority. We may remove content, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records where lawful, and cooperate with valid legal requests.
Where required by applicable law, we report apparent child sexual abuse material or related conduct to the appropriate authority or reporting organization. Do not attempt your own investigation or contact a suspected offender.
05Age eligibility
Hada requires users to be at least 18. Registration collects a birthday and checks adult eligibility. We may investigate and remove accounts that appear to belong to a minor. Report suspected underage accounts using the reporting methods above.
