A little mutual understanding

Terms of Service

The agreement for using Hada, and the shared responsibilities that help our community feel welcoming.

Effective and last updated: 22 October 2026

01Our agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Hada app, website, and related services. By creating an account or using Hada, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

02Age and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Provide accurate registration information, including your birthday, and keep your account credentials secure.

Do not impersonate others, share an account to evade restrictions, or create accounts to bypass enforcement. You are responsible for activity through your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

03Spending time on Hada

Hada provides room discovery, live voice rooms, speaker seats, room text chat, room music, profiles and profile photos, private messaging, follows, followers, friends, and basic safety and account settings.

Feature availability may depend on platform, region, connectivity, and account status. Room hosts and administrators can manage participation through available controls. We may modify or discontinue features and will provide notice where legally required.

Shared rooms are not confidential spaces. Other participants may hear, copy, capture, or repeat content. Choose carefully what you share, including in private messages.

04Your content and shared music

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant Hada a non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, display, and process that content to operate the service, deliver it to the people you choose, address reports, and comply with legal obligations. This license continues only to the extent required for those purposes and any lawful retention.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to share content. Importing a music file does not give you public-performance, distribution, or other rights. Only play music you are authorized to share in a room. Do not upload, transmit, or play material that infringes another person’s rights.

To report an intellectual-property concern, contact [email protected] with a description, the affected work, and enough information to locate the content. Do not include another person’s private credentials or unrelated personal information.

05How we treat each other

  • Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, stalk, scam, exploit, or impersonate another person.
  • Do not publish private information without permission, send unwanted sexual content, or target a person with abusive messages.
  • Do not create, request, share, or promote child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation, or related conduct.
  • Do not share malware, spam the service, compromise accounts, or use automated tools to scrape, overload, or manipulate Hada.
  • Do not evade room controls, account restrictions, or enforcement, and do not use the service for unlawful activity.

Respect other people’s boundaries. Leave a conversation when asked and use the available report and block tools when you need help.

06Reports and enforcement

You can report a user or room through available in-app controls and block a user to limit unwanted contact. For urgent child-safety concerns, follow our Child Safety Standards. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

We may review reports and relevant service records, remove content, restrict participation, suspend or terminate accounts, close a room, or cooperate with lawful authority requests. We do not guarantee that every interaction is monitored. Contact [email protected] if you believe an action was taken in error.

07Hada and its availability

Hada and its licensors retain rights in the app, software, branding, and site materials. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hada is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or that another user’s content is accurate. We are not responsible for losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.

08Leaving Hada and deleting an account

You can stop using Hada at any time. A deletion request enters a 30-day pending deletion period. Signing in again during that period cancels your deletion request and restores the account. It is treated as withdrawal of the request. If you do not sign in again, active account data is deleted or anonymized after the period ends, subject to the limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.

See Delete your account for the steps and an email option if you cannot access the app. Signing out, removing local files, or uninstalling the app does not itself delete your account.

We may suspend or end access for a breach of these Terms, risks to users or the service, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions needed for lawful retention, disputes, safety investigations, and ownership survive termination to the extent applicable.

09Changes and questions

We may revise these Terms and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. If you disagree with revised Terms, stop using the service.

For questions or disputes, contact [email protected]. Applicable mandatory law and any rights you have to seek remedies through a competent court or authority remain available.
